Tattoo designed by myself (with the exception of flower head on Yin side) and inked by Kevin at Sandpoint Tattoo in Sandpoint Idaho. In a couple months I will get the third portion done which will be Psalms 139:8-10 written in hebrew and printed along my spine to make the entire image form a cross

Psalms 139:8-10:
8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

Very cool! This is a great tattoo and I love the verse you're going to put with it. Just make sure that if you're going to write the title of the passage that you spell it Psalms, not Spalms. Lol. That would be a bad deal. ;)

It's totally understandable. I used to spell it with just an S. :D I really envy your tattoos by the way. I wish I could think up something amazing like that.

You should get one :) Really, you just have to care enough to think one up and plan it out rather than doing as so many people do by just running into there local shop and coming out with a Tweety Bird on there ass. My artists insists that the leading problem for regrettable tat work is haste. I think I spent a couple months working and reworking each side until I was happy...even still there are a few lines that bug me. And part of that was my bad for having communicated poorly with my artist. He told me that my one half was slightly bigger than the first, and, because I had forget that he had re-sized my original design the first time, and since the two looked almost identical in size, I paid no mind knowing that I drew both to the same original scale. Oh well, I've already got a plan to fix that when I get the third portion done. Shouldn't be noticeable after that.

I got my first portion done on my birthday last year (may 20th) so I think I want to get it finished on this upcoming birthday.
